We'll talk through your land or property, the kind of home you want, your priorities, and your budget. Together, we'll begin turning the idea into a project you can make decisions about.
Once we understand the project, we'll work through the expected cost and what's included. The goal is to give you clear information so you can decide whether the home and budget make sense together.
Once you're ready to move forward, we stay personally involved through construction. You'll have direct communication with the people responsible for your home as we work together from the start of construction through completion.
Where we build
1836 Homes is based in Madisonville and builds custom homes throughout our surrounding area. Because every property is different, the best way to know if your land is within our service area is to talk with us about the location.
